Psalms 48:14 (KJV) {14} For this God is our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide even unto death.
The prospects of divine guidance
- Divine perspective – We get God’s perspective. He guides us with His eye.
Psalms 32:8 (NKJV) {8} I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.
1 Samuel 16:7 (ESV) {7} But the Lord said to Samuel, "Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart."
Proverbs 15:3 (KJV) {3} The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.
Isaiah 46:10 (HCSB) {10} I declare the end from the beginning, and from long ago what is not yet done, saying: My plan will take place, and I will do all My will.
Proverbs 16:3 (AMP) 3 Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and] so shall your plans be established and succeed.
- Divine protection
Proverbs 11:14 (ESV) {14} Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.
Job 33:14-18 (KJV) {14} For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not.

{15} In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, I in slumberings upon the bed;
{16} Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction,

- Divine prosperity – Divine guidance leads to divine prosperity. We have will good success in life, and the purpose of God. We will prosper in every area of life.
Isaiah 48:17 (NKJV) {17} Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, The Holy One of Israel: "I am the Lord your God, Who teaches you to profit, Who leads you by the way you should go.
Job 22:21 (NKJV) {21} "Now acquaint yourself with Him, and be at peace; Thereby good will come to you.
Job 22:25 (NKJV) {25} Yes, the Almighty will be your gold And your precious silver;
(Example: Issac in Gen. 26:1-14)
Psalm 34:10 (ESV) The young lions suffer want and hunger; but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.
